• Take out part C (Metal Top).
• Insert part G (Flat Washer) into part F (Cap Screw).
• Insert parts F & G into the top of part C.
• Screw in part E (Hex Nut) into part F at the bottom of part C.
• Screw in part D (Ring Shape Nut) to part F at the bottom of part C.
• Insert part B (Upper Support Tube) into the button hole at part C.
• Insert part A (Lower Bracket Tube) into the button hole at part B.
