SMOOTH AND SILKY
Ever thought that pumpkin soup can be so smooth and tasty to drink with? No coloring needed and the natural color can be so attractive for kids.
Half nos pumpkin (remove skin, cut small sube)
2 garlic (peeled)Â
Half nos onion (peeled)
237g chicken broth
120g heavy cream
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
- Insert onions, garlic, pumpkin and chicken broth into the Smart Blender, then select Quick Soy Milk to cook for 20 minutes.
- The Smart Blender will first slowly increase the temperature to 100C, then it will start blending.
- When the timer comes to last 3 minutes, you can now add in pepper, salt and heavy to season the pumpkin soup.
- Once the timer beep, then the pumpkin soup is now ready to serve!
